I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and the owner of My Massage and Wellness. I graduated from Lansing Community College’s Massage Therapy Program in the spring of 2021 and opened my first studio in Lansing shortly after. Later that year, I expanded my practice to a second location in Lake, Michigan.
My approach centers on relaxation-based Swedish massage, always tailored to the individual needs of each client. I specialize in deeper, broad-pressure techniques and am certified in Barefoot Massage (Ashiatsu), using my feet to apply consistent, controlled pressure for effective relief. I am also certified in Bamboo Massage, incorporating heated bamboo tools to help warm and soften tight muscles comfortably. Hot stones are included in every session at no additional cost, as heat allows the body to relax more fully and safely during treatment. Whether someone is seeking relief from chronic tension or simply a space to slow down and unwind, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming experience where each client feels heard, supported, and restored.

I've been a licensed massage therapist for 12 years and counting. I graduated from Lansing Community College in 2014, and have been through oncology massage training, burn scar training.

My general style of massage combines clinical work and relaxation to help release tight areas. I have worked with many types of athletes/sports, including a number of student athletes, DALMAC participants, and 5k participants.
I have 2 Bachelors degrees in Zoology and Psychology from MSU.

Before transitioning into massage therapy, I earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in botany and plant pathology from Michigan State University and spent years working in a research environment. My background in science continues to shape my practice, guiding my understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the body’s natural healing processes. My approach centers on building trust and rapport with each client. By listening carefully and tailoring every session to individual needs, I strive to facilitate healing, reduce tension, and create a restorative experience that supports overall well-being.
